Norton I

Joshua Norton was a native from San Francisco, CA. who in 1859 broadcasted himself Emperor of the United States of America and defender of Mexico. 

In July 1860 he broke up the United States of America and in 1861 he precluded the Congress from meeting in Washington Norton was likewise joined by mutts, one of them name Lazarus, dead in 1863 and Bummer kicked the bucket two years after the fact.
